Use of a three-way stopcock in grafting of autologous fat: technical note

      Autologous fatty tissue is used routinely to treat conditions as varied as syndromic defects, post-traumatic and postoperative complications, velopharyngeal insufficiency, and aesthetic disorders. Fat has been transferred by injection since the beginning of the last century, although the technique has become more popular in the last 25 years.
