Introduction: For 7 years the Sheffield Neurovascular and Maxillofacial teams collaborated in low flow bypass techniques to improve perfusion of the brain, extending the repertoire to High flow interpositional graft bypass, (radial artery dissected in traditional “forearm flap” fashion), later adopting harvest techniques used in CABG surgery.
