BRONJ in cancer patients: early piezosurgery

      Introduction: Biphosphonate-Related Osteonecrosis of the Jaws is increasingly seen. Piezosurgical resection of bone is a relatively new technique allowing soft tissue preservation with less trauma. Our aim is to present cases of BRONJ early (3 weeks) treated with piezosurgical resection of exposed alveolar bone.
