Sagittal split of harvested coronoid process: a technique to augment harvested bone

      The advantages of using this intraoral donor site are the absence of an extraoral scar and availability of donor bone bilaterally, with potentially minimal complications. We have used this novel technique for augmenting the maxillary alveolar ridge for implant rehabilitation in 20 patients with hypodontia.
