Technique for assisting excision of labial fistula in van der Woude syndrome

      Fistulas treated by surgical resection are common in the clinic. Many surgeons find it difficult to distinguish the fistula from the surrounding tissue while excising it. In this study, we introduce our technique of fistulectomy in a patient suffering from lower lip fistulas.
