Published:October 13, 2022DOI:https://doi.org/10.1016/j.bjoms.2022.10.004

      • Epker B.N.
      A modified anterior maxillary ostectomy.
However, it has been reported that periodontal tissue atrophy or partial necrosis may occur due to blood supply problems in the anterior segment.

We have encountered cases of periodontal tissue atrophy (Fig. 1), so we established a novel AMO strategy to further improve blood supply in the periodontal tissues near the osteotomy line.
