26. Machine Learning applied to audit of outcomes after immediate free flap reconstruction of the Head & Neck

      Most surgical specialities have attempted to address the concern of unfair comparison of outcomes by risk-adjusting surgical outcome data. In this paper we test a further risk adjustment model, for inclusion in the QOMS framework, to benchmark and report immediate free flap outcomes.
